Here’s the senior kitchen team proudly showing off our recent 5 star food hygiene rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Anyone that has dealt with an on-the-spot inspection from their local environmental health officer will tell you it can be a daunting process, but when a team works as hard a this lot does, it makes the whole process (almost) enjoyable!
So much goes on behind the scenes, not just the obvious cleaning regimes, various checklists and general food hygiene procedures, but also many other processes implemented by the team to ensure we keep to the highest of standards. Ongoing training also helps to keep us all up-to-date.
A five star rating is the highest rating available, and we are very pleased to have retained our score ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
