Good Evening, just an update from us given the unusual situation. If you have requested a refund, you will receive a cancellation email by Thursday. Refunds will be processed thereafter. If you wish to rollover your booking to '27, there is no need to do anything and you will receive a new confirmation by the end of June. If you have already requested to come this year for camping ⛺️, QR codes will be sent out nearer the time, as per normal & we look forward to a cracking week with you 🍻. It’s not too late to join us this year if you would like to.l - just email [email protected]. The last day to request a refund is tomorrow please.

EDIT if you have already requested a refund you will be on our list and there will be no response until you get your cancellation email. We simply haven’t got the manpower to get through them any faster but hope to have them all done by mid June.

We’ve had some chats here and it’s looking like we will go ahead and open the campsite for RIAT week with music on Friday and Saturday, hopefully some planes up above and possibly some football - more details next week!! And in the meantime suggestions and ideas are welcome 🤩

Edit: this won’t change our offer to roll over to 2027 or to have a refund. It will be a smaller campsite than normal and we will prioritise anyone who has chosen to roll over before opening it more widely.

Very sad news to hear that RIAT 2026 is cancelled. Everyone with a confirmed booking will be emailed today. Bookings can be rolled over to 2027 or refunded.
