e homely interiors and abundance of rugs, art and objects collected during the family's travels around the world create an intriguing and inviting environment. The elegant surroundings extend out into the four acres of stunning private gardens which form a lush oasis around the house. Usually only open once a year through the National Garden Scheme guests are able to enjoy the space in seclusion. Manor House Farm is located close to Fakenham and is within half and hour of the wonderful North Norfolk coast. Fashionable towns and villages such as Burnham Market, Cley, Holt and Wells-Next-the-Sea are within easy reach and the medieval city of Norwich is just 45 minutes away. Holkham Hall, Houghton Hall, Pensorthpe Nature Reserve and the Royal Sandringham Estate are some of Norfolk's most popular attractions and are easily accessible from Wellingham.

'Garden Opening soon'

We are delighted to announce that we will be opening our gardens for the National Garden Scheme on Sunday, 21st June 2026.

We very much look forward to seeing you! 💚 🌿 🌺

Gates open at 11am - close 5pm

Further information will follow soon but in the meantime all the details will be on the NGS website
