The School House in Little Snoring was built in the late 19th century to house the Headteacher of the adjoining village school. We bought the house in 1983 to be our first family home. When work committments meant we had to leave North Norfolk two years later, we couldn’t bear to say goodbye to the happy memories the house had given us. So we kept the School House in the family and have rented it

out as a Holiday Cottage ever since, allowing countless other people to experience the beautiful and unspoilt North Norfolk coast from this homely base. We hope you will feel just as comfortable there as we have from the first days we laid eyes on this special place
