Here we are, nearly at another wonderful long Bank Holiday weekend….cheers! 🍻🥂
We’re off to a festival this weekend so will be off grid completely - we’ll reply to any messages and emails on Monday.

While you are in Cornwall, don’t forget to get out and about, exploring quaint harbours, the sweeping North Coast surf beaches, and the “nooks & crannies” bays on the South Coast.
So much to see, you’ll never be bored!

If you are staying at Driftwood Cottage, one thing you must do is come into nearby Falmouth itself to explore the harbour, yachts , shops, galleries, museums & restaurants.
is one the largest natural deep-water harbours in the world & you can easily while away a few hours sitting in a quayside bar or restaurant picking out your favourite boat (we can all dream!)
The is well worth a visit - and we always like to take a boat trip across to St.Mawes too!

A friend sent us this photo with the bold proclamation that the Philps pasty is the best one he has ever tasted.
(Personally we don’t think an Ann’s Pasty can be beaten…)
