Wow what a special treat 🥰 so nice to see something so beautiful after the destruction last week.

Well that was pretty terrifying. Things went quickly from bad to worse. Severe damage at the farm, our barn roof was flipped into the air and crashed by the stables. Fortunately no one hurt and all animals ok. Billy and W***y have taken up temporary accommodation in the table tennis area so we’re afraid that’s out of use until we can sort alternative housing for them.

Good evening! I'm looking for a bit of support for two local companies that I'm sure you all know from your stays with us. The Cornwall Living Awards 2025 is happening soon, and votes for the finalists are due to close shortly.

First, there's Phil and his team at Helford River Boats. Anyone who’s been to the Helford River is likely to have taken a ride on the water taxi or enjoyed a river cruise.

Morning lovely followers. Just checked our bookings and we have one gap left for the summer holidays in our two bedroom cottage Dexter. It’s a 7 day break starting on Friday 25th July. Sykes normal price for this week is £1470, they are offering a late minute deal of £1134. However if booked direct through ourselves we can slash this to £900.

With summer nearly here why not make the most of your visit with us and pop down to see the guys at Helford River Boats.
Boat hire, river tours, kayaks/paddles boards and of course the historic crossing across to the beautiful Helford village.
Only 10 mins down the road from us.

Fantastic trip out on the water. Only 10 minutes down the road from the farm. We’ve been on this personally and can’t recommend enough.
