When did the two of you last have time together with nothing to organise?

The Autumn Exhale for Two is a couples spa day at St Michaels in Falmouth, Cornwall, just above Gyllyngvase Beach. It begins with the Cornish Mud Experience, then moves into the warmth of our Hydrothermal Experience, where the pace slows and the week starts to fall away.

You each choose your own 50 minute treatment, so the time fits the way you each like to unwind.

Afterwards, there's a glass of Prosecco and Lunch or Dinner at Nourish, with no rush to be anywhere else. You each leave with an Aromatherapy Associates gift and the quiet sense of having remembered how to feel good again, together.

The Falmouth Oyster Festival is almost here, and as proud sponsors, we’re marking it with an evening of our own. 🦪

Join us for our Seafood Feast Night, on Saturday 10 October. Arrive from 6:30pm to a glass of Cloudy Bay Pelorus, with St Ives jazz and soul singer Jo McNab setting the mood as the evening begins.

At 7:30pm, gather around one long table for a seafood platter to share, with a glass of Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc poured alongside. A whole roasted fish follows, brought to the table for everyone, then petit fours to finish.

You came to Falmouth for a change of pace. Give yourself a few hours on the water, aboard our classic yacht with a story of her own.

Sailing Yacht Silvio has been sailing since 1958. Restored and now sailed by Joel and Hollie, she brings back an older, unhurried way of sailing in Cornwall. As the sail fills, Falmouth harbour opens out and the week you arrived with starts to fall away. Lunch is served with ch*****ne at anchor.

Then it’s back to St Michaels Resort, Falmouth with salt still in your hair, and a walk along Gyllyngvase Beach before dinner. You step back onto land feeling lighter than when you left.
