Downstairs living area with 2 sofas, TV, table football and kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine. Upstairs bedroom can be arranged as 1 superking or 2 singles. Velux windows have blackout blinds although some li

ght will come in from downstairs. We have a couple of good foldaway beds which we could fit in for children if needed. The cottage will be stocked with tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, butter, jam but no cooked breakfast.
