No gardening yesterday thanks to showers at the wrong time.

Muffty and I were out at 03.40 so it meant I was able to watch the second half of the South Korea v Czech match. From what I heard, all the action was in the second half anyway.

Friday morning at North Cadboll House began dry and cloudy but now it is dry, bright and sunny with patches of blue sky replacing the grey clouds. It feels pleasant in the breeze at 12C. I so hope it remains dry so I can get out into the gardens in the afternoon.

After such a promising start to the day yesterday, mid morning we had hailstones and then later some heavy downpours so no gardening as I daren't catch a chill again getting my feet wet.

After overnight rain, Thursday morning at North Cadboll House began dry, overcast and a cool 7C. It is now 12C and not very promising as more heavy rain showers predicted for later today.

Yesterday it rained at exactly the wrong time so by the time it stopped and everything dried out it was mid afternoon and the urge to go out into the gardens had gone.

Wednesday morning at North Cadboll House has begun a coolish 7C but dry, bright and sunny with clear blue sky. If it remains dry, hopefully I can get out into the gardens at lunchtime.

Sunday developed into a lovely, sunny day so I spent part of the afternoon in the gardens.

After some overnight rain, Monday morning at North Cadboll House has begun dry, bright and sunny with blue sky, white fluffy clouds, a half moon high in the sky and it is 10C but feels warmer as the sun starts to do its stuff.

Saturday was a pleasant day but as I was meeting American Sutherlands for lunch at Tain, no gardening was done.

Now it is Sunday morning at North Cadboll House and after overnight rain we have a dry and mild morning, 12C and the sun is trying to break through the cloud cover.

Well Friday afternoon proved to be dry, warm and sunny so I finally got out into the gardens and had a couple of enjoyable hours cutting grass and catching up.

Saturday morning and at North Cadboll House the day began dry, bright and sunny. At 12C it was pleasant because there was no wind. Hopefully we will get a decent weekend and I can spend more time in the gardens.

When Muffty and I were out at 01.30, it was dry and cloudy. Now six hours later and Friday morning at North Cadboll House is dry, a mild 12C with slight breeze and mostly blue sky. I wonder whether it will remain dry, enabling me to get out into the gardens this afternoon for the first time this week.

Well Thursday was another day of rain showers so no gardening.

Overnight it rained and Thursday morning at North Cadboll House has begun overcast, a mild 12C and very wet with heavy rain so no gardening today either. Not a very promising start to June.

The mist barely cleared yesterday and we also had rain so no gardening. It rained overnight but now it is Wednesday morning and at North Cadboll House we have a dry, brightening morning and at 14C it is quite comfortable outside. Hopefully I can get some gardening done this afternoon.

We had rain on and off yesterday until early afternoon. By then it was too late to think about going out to work in the gardens,

Tuesday morning at North Cadboll House has begun dry, misty and relatively mild at 12C.
