This is a self-contained apartment for a maximum of two adults, minimum age 21 (sharing a king-size bed). Prime location on Felixstowe seafront (north side of the Pier), surrounded by bars, restaurants and live entertainment at the Spa Pavilion. Plus a gentle stroll up the hill to the high street. PLEASE NOTE: For those with limited mobility, although this apartment is at street level, there are

three steps down to the front door and a further step down into the living room. The shower is over the bath. PARKING is free on the road opposite with no restrictions.
