We had a lovely time at Bayleaf Bungalow. It was absolutely spotless, so comfortable and spacious and peaceful too. We all slept so well, enjoyed watching Netflix and also had lovely trips out to Bournemouth, Shaftesbury and Moors Valley Country Park as well as visiting family in the area. We will definitely be visiting again, cannot rate it highly enough.

Spacious, very clean bungalow in a quiet location with a lovely enclosed back garden. Extremely near to local shops and just a short drive from beaches, The New Forest and other attractions. We will be back for another visit!

Thank you for a lovely stay at your bungalow. It was equipped with everything we needed, the rooms were spacious and we appreciated the high level of cleanliness. The garden and outdoor furniture were well maintained so sitting outside on the warm evenings was lovely.

An outstanding property which is very family friendly. Lovely enclosed rear garden. We had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. Close to local shops and well located for a wide range of attractions. The five of us, aged from 2 to 72, had a great five day break.

Overall we were very impressed on all fronts. Spotlessly clean and the whole property looked inviting.

We had such a lovely comfortable stay in Vanessa’s home. The decor is lovely, each room is so bright and cheerful. It was spotlessly clean, very quiet and conveniently located so 10 minutes from Moor’s Valley country park and lots of lovely walks and only 20 minutes from Bournemouth. Vanessa was a great hostess, always responding very quickly and going out of her way to help in any way she could.

An excellent base to explore the Dorset coast. It was spotless throughout and had lots of little extras which helped with our children. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a week in this lovely bungalow, and it was fantastic. Quiet area, very clean and tidy with food shops and eateries very local. Less than 30 minutes drive to beaches and main attractions. A fantastic park (Moors valley park) with plenty to do for all ages in the family very near by. Definitely would recommend taking a look at this Airbnb property. Many thanks again Vanessa.

We all had a great time at this property, everything we needed was at hand. The host was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The location was great for us and we used this as a base to travel to different places throughout the County. Our party was made up of three different generations and everyone was made to feel welcome at the property. The beds and bedding were of a high standard. We would recommend this to families looking for a home from home especially those with young children as the host has gone to a lot of effort to provide entertainment.

The property was really clean and the kitchen was full of useful things.

My family of four used Vanessa's house in West Moors as a temporary place to live for two months while we moved from the USA to the UK. It has everything you need for a long term stay and the hosts are very welcoming and quick to respond to any issues. The house was very clean and in a great quiet location, yet close to some shops in West Moors like a butcher, Tesco express and some restaurants. The kitchen was fully equipped and a pleasure to cook meals in. Overall, we had a wonderful two months which made our move so much easier.

“We, a family of four, have been staying at Bayleaf bungalow for a month now and have really enjoyed the place. Even with lock down and self isolation, we couldn’t have found a better place to be. A practical, clean, quiet and well equipped place. Vanessa has done great efforts to make us feel safe and comfortable during uncertain times, and has helped us a lot with local tips, practical information and puzzles. Highly recommended”

“One of the best Airbnb places we have stayed in. We were set to go travelling before Covid-19 and had given notice on our house so had to find somewhere to stay in when we had to move out that was clean & safe at the end of lockdown. We were so lucky to find Bayleaf Bungalow as a short-term let alternative. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable, bright and modern. Extremely well equipped - everything in the kitchen you could possibly want to do any kind of cooking. And lots of thoughtful touches such as fresh flowers in my bedroom. And Lego, books & games for my son and a great range of jigsaws plus a big jigsaw board to do them on which he loved on rainy days. Fab big screen smart tv that was super easy to use with DVD player & lots of good dvd’s to choose from. Good broadband with a great little laptop/work space. Very easy and relaxed space to be in. Lovely & very private garden. Safe & friendly location near good access roads to the beaches, countryside & attractions in both directions. A Tesco local is in walking distance, online delivery is available and big shops are nearby just a short drive away in Ferndown or Ringwood or Wimborne. And Vanessa & her husband Nigel are lovely people - so warm & welcoming and very easy to contact/very responsive. It is obvious from the cleanliness of the house and the way it is kitted out so thoughtfully that Vanessa really cares about her guests - she could run courses on how to be a top rated Airbnb host! She is going to be a hard act to follow! We highly recommend and would definitely return if we come back to the New Forest.”
