Happy Guests = Happy Hosts!
Fab 10/10 Review:

+ What a lovely place to stay!
It all felt very new and has been done to a very high standard.
Really felt at home and didn’t want to leave.
Lovely enclosed garden which the dog enjoyed.
Huge conservatory so the kids can have their space if they want it and they also appreciated the big tv in their room.

You can tell a lot of thought has gone into furnishing it and all the little extras that were available were handy eg. Coffee maker, dog bed, dog bowls, dog towel, blankets, games etc.

The footpath at the side is really handy to access the dog walk which leads to Filey brigg and the beach.
We also walked into town which only took 15 minutes.

It was a nice surprise to have the £20 complementary tokens for Three coffee shop and eatery which we visited.
Would also recommend going there as they do a lovely breakfast/brunch!
We loved everything about it!

Woodside - Filey ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

+ What a lovely place to stay.
It all felt very new and has been done to a very high standard.
Really felt at home and didn’t want to leave.

Winter 2026 ~ the white stuff is still with us!

If you’re lucky enough to be staying in these winter months, you will see the landscape glistening with beautiful crisp snow!

The woodland next door takes you onto the pathway and right to Filey Brigg and Filey’s 5+ Mile expansive beach or up to the Cleveland Way National Trail (always have dogs on their leads up there)

One thing is guaranteed ~ You’ll be very refreshed! (And ready for a brew and a little snooze)
