If you are staying with us on a Saturday afternoon, Filey Gin Distillery do a fantastic tour with tasting. On the tour, you will find out about the history, process and flavours of the gin and you will be served a signature gin & tonic.The Distillery is only a two minute walk from the centre of Filey and the experience is bookable on their website.🍸

We also have a very important member of the team with us today. Head of quality control on snacks, chief of fussing and director of security 😂

Sewerby Hall is an 18 minute drive from Arthur’s Retreat and is on a stunning cliff top setting, offering panoramic views over Bridlington Bay.

They have plenty on offer this half term, such as Halloween activities, beautiful grounds to explore, a zoo and a cafe.

The Bridlington Ice Trail returns this year on Saturday 14th of November. It is a family friendly day out by the coast with hand carved ice sculptures, live demonstrations and a seasonal market. 🥶❄️🧊

Arthur’s Retreat is currently available Friday 13th of November to Monday 16th of November for £344.12 including admin fee and one dog goes free.

The Bridlington Ice Trail is back! ❄️

Get ready for a spectacular day of frozen fun as the Bridlington Ice Trail returns for its third year on Saturday 14th November. Wander through the town centre discovering stunning ice sculptures and watch live ice carving demonstrations.

But that's not all... A festive market will also be taking place across the weekend, running on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th November, bringing even more shopping, food, drink and festive cheer to the town.

Busy few days at the cottage, getting it ready for the autumn. As you can see, Lucky is exhausted on the new rug. Just a quick post to say thank you to our lovely guests that trusted us with their holiday over summer, and to our fantastic letting agent Anchor Bay Holidays during the peak season.
