High Tide is a 2 bedroom self catering holiday cottage with a spacious, modern, open plan living area, fully equipped kitchen and dining area with french doors leading to a private patio and BBQ. It is set in extensive communal lawned grounds with 2 lakes and picnic areas. High Tide has 1 double bedroom and 1 twin. Modern bathroom with bath and shower, basin and WC. Amenities include central heating, 3 x freeview televisions, Blu-ray player, Xbox and selection of games, high chair and travel cot. Dishwasher and washing machine. All towels and linen are included as is the use of an indoor heated swimming pool, children’s pool, gym, sauna & steam room. Located on the popular holiday village development The Bay, High Tide is approximately 3 miles from the beautiful seaside town of Filey. It is a 5 minute walk from the “John Paul Jones” pub and a 15 minute walk from the award winning beach. High Tide is strictly no smoking and no pets are allowed. The maximum number of people it can sleep is 4 (not including infants in the cot). High Tide is a family business and is run independently from the holiday village.
