School’s out for summer. The tide is out, there’s so much space, the weather is warm, just the right temperature for the coast. Feeling so lucky that this is on our doorstep.

What a fantastic week we’ve had at our holiday house. We visited North Landing, somewhere I’ve never been before, it didn’t disappoint. We had a wonderful boat trip to see puffins and the smugglers caves. Fabulous seafood from The Boathouse. Home now feeling thoroughly refreshed.

What a lovely weekend at Smiley Filey. Chilly on Saturday but Friday and Sunday were glorious. With the tide being out in the afternoon it felt like we had the beach to ourselves. 😌
