It looks like it’s stunning weather for the bank holiday up in Yorkshire!
Just sharing this link as a fabulous place to visit about 15 minutes from the cottage. The most amazing fresh seafood available to enjoy at this lovely little bay. Perfect!

It’s official, the beach cafe season has begun! Have you tried the lovely Hunmanby beach cafe yet? It’s one of our favourite things to do. A lovely morning walk along the beach with the dog and then breakfast with no washing up!

A couple more sneak peeks for you. We’re up this weekend putting everything in and all the final touches. Still a few bits to go but I hope you will all love it as much as I do.
I have to say my aching back enjoyed the bath tonight and am definitely ready for the new bed!

It’s been a little while since I did a sneak peak so thought you might like to see that we’re putting a bit of colour into the cottage. We’re nearly there now with blinds, carpets and new furniture going in next week!

Busy day moving some more furniture to the cottage and unpacking some new bits for the kitchen. We want this to feel like a home from home for our guests.
Among some of the new arrivals today was this beautiful new crockery! I love it and hope our guests will too.

Another sneak peek for you. This was the most requested thing in our feedback surveys. A large walk in shower. This is in the master en-suite, so we now have this fabulous shower and the lovely bath in the 2nd en-suite.
