So long, farewell…❤️
A message from Elma
Hi there everyone,
I hope you have enjoyed this season and had a great bank holiday weekend here with us, it’s been a super busy peak, and it has been fabulous to see our owners, family and friends having such a great time. I have some news to share with you – after almost 7 years here at Primrose Valley, the time has come for me to move onto pastures new.
I have had the most amazing time here at Primrose Valley, with so many highlights to choose from, and as always one of the best parts of a General Managers role, is meeting and building great relationships with our owners. I am so grateful for the support that you have given, not just to me , but to the entire park team as they continually strive to make your ownership experience the best that it can be.
My next chapter takes me home to Scotland to pick up the reigns at Craig Tara Holiday Park. I have been with Haven now for 35 years and General Manager for 25 years with Craig Tara being my 9th Park to look after. I am really excited by the change, but at the same time I will be sad to leave our owners and our team behind and leaving behind our beautiful beach will be not only a wrench for me, but for my two little spaniels too!
Your new General Manager is a brilliant General Manager and also a very good friend of mine. Kelly Newland will be moving across from Thornwick Bay to take up the role here at Primrose Valley as General Manager. Kelly is a local girl and has been with Haven for a whopping 27 years ,having spent time here at Primrose Valley earlier in her career. I know you will offer the same warm welcome to Kelly as she settles into her new role.
So, for now it’s a massive heartfelt goodbye from me and I wish all of you the very best for your future years here at Primrose Valley.
Take care,
Elma ❤️
