Polite notice and not one I like to write.
Arriving at my caravan the other day I was met with an unpleasant odour. Whilst I am aware that accidents happen, whether animals or human, I leave most cleaning products to help with this issue.
I should not be coming to my caravan and have to start and clean carpets and sofas on arrival day that I haven't been told about.
I understand some people also have issues that would make them unable to clean it up themselves, and that is ok, but please send me a message.
Luckily this time it was me arriving and not what could have been an unhappy guest that may have required a refund to sort.

I will not keep full bonds for something I am aware of and can get a cleaner to come sort ASAP.
I will however keep your bond if no contact is made and a deep clean has to be done because of this
