Honored is an understatement. Seeing JT Chapters highlighted for our ingredient sourcing in the Western Telegraph is a huge moment for us.
But keeping it real—if we’re talking about true local sourcing titles, total respect has to be paid to Chef Matt Powell in Narberth. His passion for foraging, terroir, and pushing Pembrokeshire onto the world stage is a huge inspiration to chefs across Wales, including myself.
Our goal at Chapters has always been to bring that same level of passion, provenance, and standard to our guests right here on the Esplanade in Tenby. Raising the bar together is what it’s all about.
Huge thanks to our suppliers, our team, and every single guest who walks through our doors. We're just getting started.
