Welcome Game Season: Aged Venison & Autumn Sides 🥂🔥
It’s our favourite time of year.
Chapters Tenby is marking the turn of the season by introducing as many people as possible to the absolute best of British game. We are launching our Game Chapter with a show-stopping dish of exquisitely prepared aged venison.
Our well-hung, dried venison is exceptionally tender, allowing the natural, clean flavour of the meat to take centre stage. We finish it with a deeply rich glaze and complement it with a selection of perfectly balanced, seasonal accompaniments:
🌰 Silky Vanilla Parsnip
🥔 Potato Gratin
🍇 Tangy Berry Vinegar Gel
🥘 A deep reduction sauce
Enjoy this masterclass in seasonal balance for just £25 throughout October.
Come taste why the wait for game season was worth it. Book your table now.

Honored is an understatement. Seeing JT Chapters highlighted for our ingredient sourcing in the Western Telegraph is a huge moment for us.
But keeping it real—if we’re talking about true local sourcing titles, total respect has to be paid to Chef Matt Powell in Narberth. His passion for foraging, terroir, and pushing Pembrokeshire onto the world stage is a huge inspiration to chefs across Wales, including myself.
Our goal at Chapters has always been to bring that same level of passion, provenance, and standard to our guests right here on the Esplanade in Tenby. Raising the bar together is what it’s all about.
Huge thanks to our suppliers, our team, and every single guest who walks through our doors. We're just getting started.

The restaurant is helping to define a new standard for Welsh dining
