Last sunset of summer ‘26.

Hope yours was a wonderful summer.

With the most sunshiny summer, it’s been so easy for our guests to enjoy the best of everything our beautiful part of the world has to offer.

Now, as the nights draw into Autumn we are looking forward to walks of stunning amber scenes and cosy evenings by the fire.

Autumn Offers are now online. Check out the website if you fancy a chilled escape by the sea. Maybe you need inspiration for a special date to celebrate or just fancy an out of season, quiet escape, this might just tick the box.

HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who has helped me reach this fantastic total today!!

I’m currently 2,400 squats in and with almost one week left, I am wondering if and how I can reach £1,000? So, here we are. A very unconventional instagram post for our B&B but I think this is worth it.

With temperatures looking to soar again this week, imagine clear blue skies and wall to wall warm sunshine!

Your home from home will be the very lovely Room 4. Its super neutral colours are very relaxing as is the huge super-king, super-comfy pocket-sprung bed. We can spilt the bed into a twin maybe you have a friend without plans? But either way, your head will sink into plump feather pillows for a blissful night’s slumber as the effect of a stay by the sea starts to take effect 🌊

Hot off the press…

Crumbs, we were really not expecting this incredible mention - or the incoming temperatures!

Thank you The i Paper for featuring Fishguard and our sea view B&B. We are a bit of a hidden secret and can’t be found in the usual places for accommodation seekers, so hopefully our final room next week will find itself some lovely new guests for 2 nights!

We will definitely be watching out for the solar eclipse. Watch this space…🌓

Flying the 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 flag for delicious local produce this Eisteddfod week especially!

🍞 The bread is Nourish sourdough Nourish Bakery from their famous boutique bakery that has queues lining the pavement before they open to ensure a purchase before they sell out often before 10am!

🍳 The eggs from Trebover Farm Trebover Eggs are delivered once a week by the lovely Sonia who I must get a photo of one day, but her deliveries arrive before the first seagull wakes.

🧀 The sprinkling of Caerffili by Caws Cenarth Caws Cenarth Cheese | Organic Artisan Cheese 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 adds a creamy bite of sharpness to the end of this plate and well, why not?

We have made our version of poached eggs with avo Welsh and I suppose the radish helps with the colour scheme too (with lots of yellow for all this lovely sunshine!).

LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION!

We have just taken a call for a double room cancellation for this weekend! Both our most popular Superior Sea View Rooms are now available for this weekend. And the weather is going to be gorgeous too! ☀️

We are just over 2hrs drive from Cardiff at the end of the A40 if you are on the M4 corridor?

These rooms are extremely spacious and quiet with the best views over one of the most picturesque places in Wales. We are just off the Pembrokeshire Coast Path with lots of great local beaches and as we in the centre of Fishguard, there is everything you could wish for on our doorstep.
