Our new system is now up & running! If you are already a gym member, and have paid fees in 2026 here is what you need to do: Download the gymmaster member portal (see image below for what to look for) on your smartphone. When downloaded, put in the email address you gave us when you joined and then click forgotten password. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password. Once you've set your password, close your browser and open the app & log in. If your payment is up to date, you can open the gym door with your phone now! If your payment is due, select My account & then update billing info. Any problems please just ask at reception for assistance.
