The restaurant we have here on the estate is almost akin to a croft, gleaning what we can from our garden, the shore, and trusted local hands. 35-day matured Highland beef, Skye venison, Kilmuir lamb, Skye seaweed - just a few of the ingredients that make up our very special menus.

A sauna... in summer?

Heat up, then step straight into that Skye sea air. Nothing resets you like the contrast. It eases the ache out of legs after a day on the Quiraing. It's the best seat in the house for watching the weather roll in over the water. And there's something quietly perfect about sweating it out while the sun slowly sets outside.*
