September is an amazing time for wildlife in Kent 😊 lots of animals are busy feeding up and preparing for the colder months ahead of them.

Bats will be hunting in the twilight 🦇 badgers will be foraging 🦡 late summer butterflies like Peacock and Red Admirals are still flying around 🦋 and swallows are busy gathering before they make their long journey south, and finally if you look close enough in your local ponds you might spy some tiny little froglets and toadlets 🐸

And as the weather becomes cooler and wetter lots of lovely fungi will be appearing 🍄‍🟫🍄

We've added new opening hours for August & September. We are open to the public so come give us a try. Just a reminder we are NOT at Quex park! We are situated inside the beautiful surroundings of Keat Farm CT7 0BL off Park Road, Birchington. The other end of Samali Farm 😉
