An appealing family home that is great for outdoor enthusiasts that seek a peaceful location. Also on the first floor is a shower room with a shower and WC.

Just a short drive from Forres with numerous historical attractions close by. Situated by the 24-mile-long disused railway line that is a popular trail with hikers and cyclists, the Dava Way connects the towns of Forres and Grantown on Spey through various moorland, farmland and forestry along the way. Brodie Castle and gardens is a great day out for both adults and children alike, and for whisky

enthusiasts, the nearest distilleries to visit are Dallas Dhu and Benromach, where you can sample some of their finest malts. The nearby seaside town of Findhorn is extremely popular in the summer months, with many visitors taking to the beach and enjoying various watersports and boat trips in the bay. As you enter the property there is a staircase leading to the first floor where to the left you will find a spacious lounge which contains a multifuel stove and a Smart TV, the perfect spot to curl up and watch a film after a day exploring the local area. Moving through the house there is a dining room with a feature fireplace and a comfortable sofa where you can look forward to socialising and enjoying some food and drink with your loved ones. The kitchen is located at the back of the house and contains an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a small breakfast table that seats four people where you can enjoy your morning coffee and perhaps a bite to eat before you head out for the day. As you head upstairs on the second floor is where all of the bedrooms are located. Each of the three double rooms are of ample size and have been tastefully decorated with a statement wall colour. To complete the property there is a bathroom with a bath with a handheld shower and WC. Outside, there is a beautiful garden which contains lots of mature trees and plants. It extends to approximately two acres and has a patio area where you can enjoy a BBQ and garden furniture that is centred around a fire pit, perfect for those chillier evenings. There is private parking for three cars. We are also dog friendly!
