It occupies the Grade A gothic buildings of the original 1729 English fortification, Fort Augustus, which later on were transformed into St Benedict’s Abbey. Club has exclusive amenities for use by those who are staying including an indoor pool, steam and sauna, the club lounge and snooker room, The Boathouse Restaurant, a tennis court and many other facilities including a cricket pitch! The Highland Club is a unique and heavenly place to stay – either on a self-catering holiday or as an owner of one of the magnificent luxury residences available for purchase.
