indoor swimming pool, spa bath, cedar clad sauna and steam room beckon. Under 16s are welcome to use the pool supervised between 9am and 7pm. A well-equipped Fitness Suite features cardiovascular equipment and weight machines, with qualified staff on hand to advise. Trenython Leisure Club is open to non-residents on day passes and through membership. With the help of natural aromatherapy oils from Temple Spa, our team work in synergy with your skin, body and mind to reveal a more relaxed you. Face, body and finishing treatments suitable for both men and women are on offer. Open seven days a week from 10am until 6pm, and until later on some evenings, there should be plenty of time to indulge in a treatment. Day guests to Trenython Spa are welcome to use the spa and leisure facilities, and treatments of over 1 hour include complimentary use of our swimming pool, spa pool, steam room, sauna and fitness suite.
