Our off-grid campsite is situated close to Yarmouth harbour & Freshwater with views across the River Yar Easter to October. 4 x Spacious self-catering canvas lodges. Open your wooden bi-folding doors out onto the deck to the countryside. Beautiful sunrise over the River Yar. Comfortably sleeps 6-8. turing a stylish slipper bath to soak in) & Washroom. Outdoor hot private shower. Gorgeous well-equipped kitchen area with fridge & hob. 2 x wood-burning stoves. Comfortable sofa and large dining table. Bird feeder. Solar lighting, fairy lights & lanterns. Bbq & fire bowl for lazy evenings by flame. Handmade wooden furniture & fittings by a local craftsman.. Egyptian cotton towels & sheets, comfortable mattresses, blankets galore. An off-grid experience but with solar-powered lighting & USB charging points for phones. Award-winning pub a short stroll along the safe quiet footpath. Historic harbour village an easy riverside and woodland walk in the other direction - watch the boats come and go. Local bakery, deli, pharmacy, hardware store, restaurants, bars and takeaways. Independent local shops & cafes. All types of IoW produce from Gin, Meat, Dairy to Veg & Bread close-by. Take a stroll along the old wooden pier with a locally made ice-cream cone from the parlour. Crabbing off the shore, walks and bike rides. Beautiful scenery and fresh air. Beaches to comb, stars to gaze and ponds to dip. Family-friendly, Cyclist friendly, Walker friendly - Isle of Wight.
