Covid 19

We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe. Due to Covid 19 and in line with government guidance we have had to make a few changes.
Check in and Check out Times:- To give our cleaners a safe space to work in we now ask that you do not check in till 6PM on the day you arrive and Check out at 9.00am on the day you leave. This leaves the property empty for a few hours either side of the cleaners being in the property.
Cleaning: - Our professional cleaning team will have cleaned and prepared the cottage for your stay and in addition to thoroughly cleaning will also be disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in.
To make things safer during your stay and in accordance with holiday agency guidelines we have decluttered by removing DVD’s - Board/card games - Ornaments - Leaflets and maps. This will help to reduce the risk of viral transmission.
There will be hand soaps/gels, paper towels, antibacterial and disinfectant sprays in the kitchen for you to use during your stay.
Linen and Towels: - All linen and towels are professionally laundered before use. For the health & safety of our cleaners, could you please strip the beds and place the linen and towels in plastic bin bags and leave them in the bathroom before you leave.
