THE WILD UNWIND

‘November at the lake, with nowhere else to be’

On Saturday 21st November, join us for a day of slowing down, getting outside and embracing the season at Fritton Lake.

Move between the woods, lake and Clubhouse with restorative yoga, forest bathing, a seasonal food workshop, foraging, saunas, sound bath, and for the brave, a cold water dip.

As the light fades, we’ll gather around the fire for hot chocolate and handcrafted gourmet marshmallows.

Come for the day, or make a weekend of it with two nights at the lake.

With the summer holidays wrapped up, it’s time to make a little more space for yourself.

Every Thursday morning, join of for an hour of movement, breathing and a chance to reset before the day begins.

With over a dozen years of experience, Sarah’s classes are varied, creative and intuitive, with something for all abilities - whether you’re completely new to yoga or have been practising for years.

The summer holidays may be over, but there’s no need to rush back to the ordinary.

There are still weekends for slow mornings, swims in the lake, wandering through the woods and simply being together.

Autumn is deer season at Fritton Lake.

From now until the end of October, the estate comes alive with one of the most spectacular wildlife moments of the year… the rut.

It’s peak time for spotting deer, and with stags and bucks distracted by the drama of the season, there’s no better time to head out on a Jeep Safari with Matthew and explore the estate in search of them.

From majestic red deer and fallow deer to roe deer, Chinese water deer and even the occasional muntjac, we’ve spotted them all roaming the estate.
