Full Moon Inn

🍺 We’re in the Good B**r Guide! 🍺

We’re delighted to have The Full Moon Inn included in CAMRA’s Good B**r Guide — a lovely bit of recognition for something we take very seriously: keeping and serving a cracking pint of cask b**r.

A special thank you has to go to the lovely Eve, who puts a huge amount of care and hard work into looking after our cellar and keeping the b**r in tip-top condition. This one’s very much yours, Eve! 🍻

Cheers to everyone who drinks, supports and appreciates a proper pint. ❤️

So the weather has turned a little, perhaps thankfully, but still plenty of fun & food to enjoy in our garden! Chef Dean & the boys still serving up culinary delights all weekend. Even Dudley dog was delighted, but then he is the goodist boy!

A proper Ploughman's.

Thick-cut ham, mature Cheddar, homemade chutney, fresh salad, coleslaw, warm toasted bread... and a homemade sausage roll because, well, why not?

Simple food, done properly.

Perfect with a pint in the garden while the sun's out.

Some of today's view from the kitchen...

Not every ingredient on our menu comes from here, but throughout the summer as much as possible does.

Today's garden is full of salad leaves, courgettes, beans, onions, herbs and plenty more still on the way. Our chefs head out here most mornings to pick whatever is at its best before service.

It's a small part of what we do, but we think food tastes better when it hasn't travelled hundreds of miles to reach the kitchen.

If you spot something particularly fresh on your plate, there's a good chance it was growing here just a few hours earlier. 🌿
