💐 A little something special… made with love for my guests.

I was so honoured to personally create this beautiful bouquet for a guest staying at Saddlers, who wanted to surprise his wife with something special.

Fresh flowers, soft colours and lots of love, the perfect way to make her stay extra memorable.

What a fantastic week we’ve had hosting such lovely guests at Saddlers during Goodwood Festival of Speed. 🏁✨

It’s always a pleasure welcoming people from all over the world, but it’s the wonderful conversations over breakfast, the laughter, and seeing everyone the next day after an exciting day at Goodwood FOS that really makes the week so special.

Thank you to all our fabulous guests for choosing Saddlers as your home away from home. We hope you’ve made memories to last a lifetime and hope to welcome you back again next year.

What an unforgettable experience, an evening of wonderful food and the very best company at the Horse and Groom. Dining with Michel Roux, alongside his ever talented team and the chefs at the pub made it all the more special.

A massive thank you to Anoushka and John who hosted the event, and to all the incredibly talented chefs, manager and staff for their warm hospitality, amazing cooking, service and for creating such a memorable occasion. Truly one of those evenings you wish you could bottle and relive.

Absolutely thrilled with my first attempt at making a willow obelisk using a three rod wale weave.

Such a beautiful hands on experience, learning a traditional craft and seeing it take shape in the garden feels so rewarding.

A huge thank you to Jill for such a wonderful day and teacher. I loved every minute and feel so pleased to have learned a new skill

Jill offers a few different types of weaving courses and is local to Funtington, a very talented basket maker indeed! 🧺 #

Spring really is showing off

This week’s video takes you along some of my favourite walks through Funtington…think winding paths, birdsongs, and that fresh countryside feeling we all need more of.

Just a short drive away, the tulips are in full bloom at the beautiful Arundel Tulip Festival . Truly one of the most colourful sights of the season and well worth a visit.

🧄🌱And if you know where to look… the wild garlic is everywhere right now, filling the woodland air with that unmistakable scent of spring.
