At The Horse & Jockey, our bar staff aren’t just paid colleagues — they’re part of the family. ❤️🍺 So we’re handing them the reins and giving each of them the chance to put on their own night!

Hideous Christmas shirt three months early? 🎄
Something so bright we need to hand out sunglasses? 😎
A shirt covered in your mate’s face? PERFECT. 😂

Then get yourself up for KARAOKE! 🎤🎶

Sing brilliantly. Sing terribly. Sing like you’ve had six pints and suddenly believe you’re Freddie Mercury. We genuinely don’t care — just get involved and have a laugh!

📣🍻 WE’RE HIRING AT THE HORSE & JOCKEY! 🍻📣

Fancy joining our slightly crazy (but brilliant 😜) pub family?

We’re looking for some friendly, reliable and hard-working people to join the team at The Horse & Jockey! 🐎🍺

We’ve got opportunities for:

🍻 Bar work – pulling pints, serving customers and somehow remembering who ordered the Guinness when five people are talking to you at once 😂

🧹 Cleaning – helping us keep the place looking fresh, tidy and ready for another busy day.

🥛 Glass collecting – because apparently customers haven’t yet learned to return their own glasses… we’re working on it. 👀😂

NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IS EXPECTED! 🙌

We’re not bothered if you’ve never pulled a pint in your life or don’t know your l***r from your bitter just yet. If you’ve got a willingness to learn, a good attitude and you’re happy to get stuck in, we’ll show you the ropes.

We’re a fast-paced pub, especially at weekends and during events, so there will be times when it’s busy, loud and you’re wondering where another 47 empty glasses suddenly appeared from. 😂🍻
