Off-season work is well underway, with upgrades already started across the fleet, including a new gearbox fitted, new seals installed, upgraded lights and new tensioner pulleys.

And yes, they’ve had a wash too!

While the gritters are now parked up for spring and summer, the work certainly doesn’t stop. It’s the time of year for servicing, upgrades and making sure everything is in top condition for when winter returns. 💪

From engine oils and filters changed, rear diffs serviced and new brake discs fitted, to shocks replaced, wheel nuts upgraded and full wiring looms checked, it’s all about keeping the fleet reliable and ready.

We’ll also be refilling salt bins across Lincolnshire, making sure they’re stocked and prepared well ahead of the next cold snap. 🥶

We offer a salt bin delivery service, helping sites stay prepared throughout the colder months.
