We’re looking for an enthusiastic, driven and experienced Accommodation Manager to join the team here at Laggan Life🏡

With our growing portfolio of holiday accommodation, we’re looking for someone who can take the lead in ensuring our guests have an incredible experience from their very first interaction with us, right through to after they leave.

You’ll be responsible for:
🏡 Managing our holiday property portfolio
📅 Overseeing bookings and occupancy levels
👥 Leading and supporting our housekeeping team
💻 Managing booking systems and processes
📈 Identifying opportunities to increase occupancy
🙌🏼 Delivering an exceptional guest experience

We’re looking for someone who is a strong team leader, self-driven, organised, confident with technology and passionate about delivering excellence.

⏰ Full-time | 40 hours per week

You can’t start the day without a great breakfast - and we’re looking for the right person to help us serve one!

You’ll join our friendly, supportive kitchen team, working across The Murray Arms Hotel in Gatehouse of Fleet and Gather at Laggan. Following the breakfast shift, you’ll also help with preparation to support the wider kitchen team.

Kitchen experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. The position is available now, with an immediate start possible.
