And finally we have-

Chloe is one of our Team Leaders. Chloe has been very flexible in helping us out in other areas. Chloe completes her roles and responsibilities to a high standard. Chloe has an infectious laugh which we hear daily, keeping spirits high.

Helen is one of our domestics. Helen only joined our team in January and feels like she’s been apart of our family forever. You’ll not only find Helen completing her own duties on domestic but often helping out with our residents needs and engaging in activities.

Lucy is a senior support worker for The Manor however has been very flexible in helping out with days, nights and everywhere in between! You’ll often hear Lucy having joke with our residents at Eighton and The Manor keeping us all smiling.

We appreciate all our staff but thought it was nice to highlight some individuals this month 💙

Today, our lovely Judy proudly achieved one of her goals by getting a tattoo. She was supported to make her own choice and express herself in a way that is meaningful to her and this was by getting ‘B’ with a heart, in memory of her lovely husband Bill who was also a resident here at Eighton, in Judy’s words ‘he will be looking down now saying you silly old women’ 😂 Thank you so much Memories in Ink, Art for life Dawson for doing Judy’s tattoo, she’s over the moon with it as are we! ❤️❤️

Next up we have Denise & Queen 🥰

Denise is another one of our dining room assistants who comes in each morning smiling and eager to crack on. We’ve had so much positive feedback about Denise. Denise has got such a lovely nature and really just does not stop from the minute of entering the door!

Queen is a care assistant and although new to our team Queen has already proven she’s made for the care role and has fitted right into our Eighton family. Queen makes us all smile but more importantly all our residents smile.

Well done girls. Hope yous like your gifts 🥰❤️

This month we decided to recognise some individual staff for their hard work and dedication.

Today was Maxine and Julie!

Maxine is one of our wonderful dining room assistants who always comes in smiling which reflects on the rest of our team and residents. Our kitchen techs could not do their jobs without you.

Julie is one of our laundry assistants who is not only fulfilling her own job role but is also helping out and supporting us on domestic, care assistant and support worker at The Manor. We really do appreciate all the help!
