The Crystal Lodge insurance valuation guide for 2026 is now available free to download from the insurance and valuations guide tab at www.thecrystallodge.co.uk. A separate document in PDF format giving background information about our valuation guide is also available.

Our Crystal Lodge spreadsheet will automatically calculate the total value of your collection for you, all you need to do is add in the quantity of each piece that you have in your collection! You can use the blank rows at the end of the spreadsheet to add pieces that Swarovski release during the year to keep it up to date.

Why not download a second copy and use it as your Swarovski wish list?

Just a quick update to let you know that the office and phone lines will be closed from 2pm on Tuesday 23rd December unt...

Just a quick update to let you know that the office and phone lines will be closed from 2pm on Tuesday 23rd December until 10am on Monday 5th January.

Orders may still be placed on-line, however, we do not have postal collections on 24th or 31st December or at weekends/Bank Holidays, so parcels can only be despatched on 29th, 30th or the 2nd during that period, so anything which arrives after that will be despatched on 5th January.

We will endeavour to answer e-mails as soon as we can on/after 5th January.

This schedule will enable us to have a bit of a break after a very busy Christmas rush period. We will take turns to come into the office to pack orders on the days where we do have a postal collection. While we will process orders on those days, the phone lines will be closed to enable us to concentrate solely on getting those orders off to their new homes.

And last but not least …. We wish all our clients and their families a wonderful Christmas and a fabulous New Year. Thank you again for your continued support and custom – we really appreciate it.

Certainly looks like the rumours were correct that there's no advent calendar from Swarovski this year. However, there is a Myriad Gingerbread House which seems to have appeared on their website this week. A snip at £42,000!! How many of these will you be buying?!

Good news/bad news today. Start with the bad ... our website hasn't been working properly since the weekend, web hosts are trying to sort it out behind the scenes, but seem a bit baffled to be honest. Let's hope they can get this sorted out today! The issue has been escalated, so hopefully it will be back working as it should soon. And now for the good news ... The Crystal Lodge is 17 years old today! The Lodge is of course created from a mix of 3 companies, and actually goes back 30 years (exactly 100 years younger than Swarovski who celebrate their 130th anniversary this year!) Thank you everyone for your support and custom over the years, we couldn't do it without you. We'll let you know once our website is up and running properly again.
