Would you start with drinks in The Salon or head straight through to dinner at iasg? ✨

[Ad] We got to do both at this lovely preview evening at Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa . We started with drinks in the newly reopened Salon, then headed through to iasg for dinner.

Bobby Sanchez talked us through the menu, including tasters of the new starters and the choice of main courses. I picked the Scottish venison with blackberry, king oyster mushrooms and spiced jus and that was perfection. The idea of walking through the forest with the blackberries added was super clever. Then we finished with a chocolate delice and coffee, which again was absolutely amazing.

Such a lovely evening, with a gorgeous setting, beautiful food and so many lovely people to meet. Thank you to Tigerbond for having us 🤍

Introducing Hanayome (花嫁). 🥃

Inspired by the intricate layers of the Japanese jūnihitoe kimono, bartender Joshua Bissett combines ’s Hibiki Japanese Harmony with delicate notes of tomato and chrysanthemum tea, in a celebration of craftsmanship and flavour.

Available in The Salon, now.
