Located on the 7th Floor of the Carlton George Hotel, Windows features fantastic views over the south of the city and serves seasonal and locally sourced food in a relaxing environment. Using only the finest Scottish produce, our Head Chef and his team create delicious dishes which are delivered with an excellent level of service. Our menu changes every month in order to take advantage of Scotland

's best produce while it is in season. The views of the city's skyline provide a stunning backdrop to your dining experience. Windows seats a maximum of 60 people, and the intimate atmosphere is perfect for any occasion - equally suiting lunch with friends, a meal before a show, or a romantic dinner. Group reservations for dining are available for parties of eight or more.
