Only the best quality produce is selected daily by Bernard Corrigan Ltd direct from Scotland’s coastal fishing ports as well as the Shetland and Hebridean Isles. This ensures only the best quality fish is available to our many and varied customers; which is then distributed throughout Scotland in our fleet of refrigerated vehicles. We also deal in the freshest poultry and supply many of the country’s top hotels and restaurants with fresh chicken, chicken supremes and poultry products. Our specialist team of poulterers can skilfully prepare to individual specifications as required. A wide variety of products can be obtained ranging from the traditional Haddock, Whiting, Cod and Salmon to the more unusual such as John Dory, Swordfish and Sea Bream. Exotic tropical fish can be sourced from abroad and made available to our customers the following day.
