Just a small update from us, we have been able to get the electrical fire located and part fixed. We are waiting on some parts as with such an old building and system there are parts that aren't readily available any more.
We are hoping for this to be resolved as soon as possible, we dont have a date or time to pass on to you.
We want to take this opportunity to thank those who have been understanding in this time of need, we are all as frustrated and saddened by the closure as you are.

We are Hiring - Sous Chef

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in the daily operation of a busy kitchen. The Sous Chef helps oversee food preparation, maintains high standards of quality and hygiene, supervises kitchen staff, and ensures efficient service during operating hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Chef with menu preparation and food production.
Supervise and train kitchen staff.
Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
Support kitchen scheduling and daily operations.
Step into the Head Chef's role when required.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

National grid have informed us of a mandatory power outage from 9am - 4pm on Wednesday 25th February.

Unfortunately due to this we will be closed for breakfast and lunch.
