These delightful, 2 person, self-contained units are hand-built and furnished to a very high standard. Perfect for a romantic break, just 3 miles from Glastonbury, Somerset.

Step inside to discover all the little luxuries you'll need for your countryside getaway, including a beautiful shower room with basin and toilet, kitchen facilities, with belfast sink, solid oak worktops, microwave, full-sized fridge, electric hob, kettle, toaster, and all your kitchen necessities.

There's a TV and plenty of sockets and USB points, to charge your devices, while you relax on the double, drop-down wall bed, or enjoy lunch at the dining table. In the evening, why not toast your marshmallows by the firepit and gaze at the stars?

Or really treat yourself by booking the hut with a Scandinavian style, wood-fired hot tub? What could be more romantic than sipping a glass of wine in your very own 'Love Tub' in the moonlight?

New for 2018, our shepherd hut guests are provided with free access to our new premium wifi service, for the duration of their stay.

And as a member of Tranquil Touring Parks - a group of independently owned adult only parks, you can be assured of the peace and quiet of the countryside in a child free environment. Perfect.

Please note, in keeping with our tranquil ethos, we don't accept groups so if you're looking for something lively, we're not the park for you!

What's included and what should I bring?

All bedding is are provided (but not towels). Hot tub lodges come with all the wood you need for the tub. Fire pit logs (smokeless only are available from the shop. Just bring your clothes, towels, food, toiletries and a big smile :)

Although your hut is self-contained, just a few steps away is one of two fully equipped amenities blocks, home to 3 luxury wet rooms, plus a separate mens and ladies section, with full vanity area. Also free to use is our freezer, fridge and microwave area. Laundry (charges apply) and washing up facilities are also a stone's throw away from all of our glamping accommodation.

Old Oaks' cosy, yet spacious, glamping cabins are a bespoke type of camping pod, sourced, designed and built just a few miles away near Glastonbury. Ideal for couples wishing to get back to nature, with a few home comforts thrown in.

Inside you'll find a plenty of storage space, heating, king-sized bed, mini fridge, kettle, toaster, outside decking, skylight for star-gazing, full length mirror and plenty of electric sockets. Outside, on your own under-cover decking are a table and chairs, a stand to put your camping stove (or hire one from us), a firepit and picnic bench.

Most cabins are dog friendly. Some are wheelchair accessible, (3 - 6), however, there are some gravel paths. See our other glamping accommodation.

What's included and what should I bring?

Duvets and pillows are not provided, but there's no need to bring a sheet. We provide a washing up bowl, with liquid and cloths. Please also bring all your cutlery and crockery (we provide a couple of mugs and spoons), pans and cooking utensils.

Just a few steps away is one of two fully equipped amenities blocks, home to 3 luxury wet rooms, plus a separate mens and ladies section, with full vanity area. Also free to use is our freezer, fridge and microwave area. Laundry (charges apply) and washing up facilities are also a stone's throw away from all of our glamping accommodation. Free WIFI is provided around the park, however, please be aware that this is not high speed fibre at this current time and therefore streaming is not possible.

Cooking or eating out

If you don't fancy cooking for yourself, why not treat yourself to a takeaway or meal out? Friday is Fish & chip delivery night. Sunday and Wednesday are Indian night deliveries. Monday is Pizza & Kebab night. Saturday is Chinese night. NEW for 2018 is wood-fired pizza night - every Thursday from Easter.
