If you’ve visited Kilmore over the years, chances are you’ve met our dad, Martin — usually spotted in his high-vis waterproof jacket (regardless of the season), giving unsuspecting guests completely unrequested history tours 😅

Some of you may know, dad is currently undergoing treatment for cancer. In three weeks’ time, our family (and a few friends!) will be taking on the Macmillan Mighty Hike — to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support, a charity helping so many families navigating cancer every day.

We know times are tough for everyone at the minute, so there is absolutely no pressure at all, but a few people have asked if there was a link to support the walk, so we said we would share it here.

We’re mainly hoping to raise a bit of awareness, support a brilliant cause, and hopefully get him over the finish line with us 💚

We’re currently looking for new team members to join us at Kilmore Country House.

🧹 Part Time Housekeeping Staff
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join our housekeeping team.

The role requires:
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work on your own initiative
• Weekend availability

Experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and strong work ethic are just as important.

🍸 Casual Bar Staff
We’re also looking for casual bar staff to join our team for events and busy weekends. The role would suit someone friendly, approachable and confident working in a fast-paced environment. Evening and weekend availability is essential, and previous bar experience would be an advantage.
