Waterfoot Beach A beautiful beach on the Antrim Coast Rd stop and take a walk. Waterfoot Beach is a beautiful rural soft sandy beach approx 1km long.

The bathing area is backed by dunes. The village of Waterfoot, mouth of the river and carpark and toilets are at the northern end of the beach. Play park and picnic spot with carpark is on the side nearest the chapel. Suitable for fishing swimming & family picnics. Locals took time to clear away one fire site with logs full of nails
But theres another one today!
This is dangerous for you, if one was to shoot out of the fire and its dangerous for animals and children who are often barefoot.

Please be considerate and leave no trace

9 year old boys prescription glass lost today in the sea. Just hoping they wash up in the morning..he got hit with a wave and couldn't see to find where they went!! Just on the off chance someone finds them I would be very relieved. Thanks 🙏
