Steve is now home 🏠. Maybe my post yesterday was a lucky coincidence! The recovery begins with carers support twice a day. Hopefully, being home will escalate his recovery. Thank you so much for all your messages of support and love. Very much appreciated and I will share each of your messages with Steve over next couple of days when his concentration improves. ❤️❤️❤️

Tomorrow marks the 4 week stay for Steve (The Cat) at Gloucester Royal Hospital, Ward 7a. It has been a long and tricky time for us and I, Wendy, would like to thank my family, friends and staff for their support and kindness in helping me navigate and cope during this difficult time. Steve is now well enough to receive telephone calls and visits if anyone has time. Hopefully won’t be long now until he can go to his happy place by the sea for further recovery.
