Thank you Julie Burton for this pic of my final gig of three on south coast.
It was a packed hall in Preston, Weymouth yesterday all due to Alex and John and their hard promo work. What an amazing gig to end on. A wonderful appreciative audience, I couldn’t have asked for more…love and thanks to you all !
Much needed funds were raised for St Andrew's Church and their Lytchgate appeal … please see details of their remarkable story in my comments.
I must give a huge hug to Alex and John for making their home my home for the last three days… it’s been a lovely experience staying with them both and being so well looked after. I even managed cuddles from Sandy their big soft ginger Tom cat!!
Once again it was lovely to see Richard Banton in the audience … as many musicians will tell you Richard is an huge lover of live music and he travels miles to support it and us .. and again like many of you do, he even stays to help pack and load the equipment! I’m so lucky to have you all x
It’s time to head home … I’ve had a fabulous time … thanks to Forest Arts Centre, Lighthouse Poole and The Church Rooms, Preston for hosting my music …. I hope to be back sometime … I love it here 🥰
