Our check out and check in times are set to allow us to complete a thorough clean of the property between guests. We always pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our properties.
We also pride ourselves on our flexibility and dedication to the guest experience and we always encourage our guests to get in touch direct if they have specific requests regarding check in or check out times. If the schedule allows, we are more than happy to allow early check ins or late check outs completely free of charge. It all depends on our other bookings and cleaning times. If we can make it happen we most definitely will, please ask!

We have had a lovely couple staying with us recently.
They stayed because they are moving to th3 ar3a and their new home wasn't quite ready yet.

For a few days at the start of their stay, we were plagued by boiler mishaps.

We actually relocated them to a neighbouring apartment after a couple of days when it became clear that we needed to get the boiler company over as it was still under warranty. But then what happened when they move? Next day, no hot water! You couldn't make this up!

Luckily, this was a much easier fix and its not been an issue since.

The couple gave us a great review, not because everything was perfect. But because we responded promptly, with care and compassion and we made sure they knew they were our number one priority.

This is how we try to treat all our guests.

We can't promise you a perfect stay, as things just happen sometimes. (Even when you get all the boilers serviced mod summer in a bid to prevent any autumn/winter malfunctions 🤣)
But write can promise we'll do everything we can to help, so that you can enjoy your stay in safety and comfort

Most contractor accommodation is aimed at large groups. Cram them in, as many beds a possible, ÂŁ20 per person per night.
But what if your team aren't 22 any more? What if they are a bit more mature and don't fancy sharing a room with 2 other guys? Or what if there is just one or 3 or 3 people travelling for this particular project? You don't need 20 beds in a massive house. You need smaller apartments, designed with care so that your team can relax after a hard days work. Somewhere they can call home for how ever long they are there.
At Stone Pit Apartments, we create a home from home experience that your team members will love. And we cater for individuals and smaller groups.
