The Avenue Hotel is situated in central Grantham consisting of 19 bedrooms (16 ensuites and 3 with a communal bathroom).

It is with mixed emotions we announce that we will be leaving The Avenue Hotel on Friday October 31st, 2025.

It's been an incredible journey, and we are deeply grateful to all of our guests, staff, and community for your support over the years.

While this marks the end of one chapter lasting 20 years, we look forward to what the future holds
We cherish all our residents that have become firm friends and family

Thank you for being a part of our story❤️

Stay tuned though as if you know us we won't be leaving without a big party!

The Environment Agency is asking landowners, businesses and members of the public to be vigilant and report any plastic-wrapped bales they see in suspicious places, which are unlikely to be silage or hay stored by farmers or equestrian facilities.

An investigation, resulting in the arrest of three men near Peterborough, has identified large-scale, organised deposits of waste across counties including Lincolnshire.

Bales of waste were found in coloured plastic wrap disguised as farming bales.
