Thinking of trying Reformer? Our intro sessions are the perfect place to begin. Designed for complete beginners, you'll learn all the fundamentals with guidance from one of our experienced instructors.

Intro classes are £5, and grip socks are required.

Intro-To-Reformer Class Timetable Now Live!

These sessions are recommended for anyone who has not attended a Reformer class before. This class will focus on learning how to operate the Reformer bed safely and effectively to help you get the most out of the classes.

Timetable as follows:

Mondays: 17:30 - 18:15

Tuesdays: 10:45 - 11:30

Thursdays: 13:00 - 13:45 & 19:30 - 20:15

Saturdays: 11:15 - 12:00

PLEASE NOTE:
The cost of this class is £5 per person which is payable in club and not online.
Grip socks are mandatory, which may be purchased from leisure reception.
If a member has booked on but does not turn up, this will count as a strike on your membership, which if occurs again will remove your booking rights.
