WE ARE HIRING 📣
We are looking to hire a Chef de Partie to join our team at the Crown and Anchor in Welby (approx. 10mins outside of Grantham, 20mins from Sleaford)
This position will involve assisting the head chef and sous chef while having responsibility for your own station. Must have flexibility and ability to work in all sections of the kitchen, including starters, main courses and desserts.
As we are a small team, everyone is also responsible for keeping the kitchen tidy.
The ideal candidate would be able to show the following skills:

👉Punctuality
We are looking for applicants with preferably at least 2 years of experience in food service. As we are a pub, hours will include some split shifts, weekend shifts and varying hours from week to week (35-40 hours per week, with 2 and a half days off per week).
Responsibilities:
👉Setting up station (maintaining stock levels and checking at the beginning and end of service).
👉Working safely and hygienically to maintain our 5 star hygiene rating. (Must have an up-to-date food safety and handling certificate).
👉Assistance during service, from preparing meals to cleaning, pot washing etc.
