This Sunday, our Head Chef, Paul Leonard, from The Forest Side will be making his Sunday Brunch debut live on Channel 4 at 10.00am, sharing his passion for seasonal cooking, his culinary journey, all things Forest Side and introducing our newest venture, Grain To Go in Ambleside.
Paul will also be cooking a vibrant summer dish celebrating the very best seasonal produce.
